Refund Policy
Deposits are fully refundable if you cancel more than 30 days before your scheduled treatment. Cancellations within 30 days are non-refundable but may be transferred to another date at our discretion.

Does my US insurance cover stem cell therapy in Colombia?
Most US insurance plans do not cover regenerative medicine treatments abroad. We recommend checking your specific policy, but budget for the full cost as out-of-pocket. Many patients find the savings significant enough to make self-pay treatment more affordable than US surgery.
What's the deposit, and when is the rest due?
A 50% deposit secures your appointment date. The remaining balance is due on arrival in Medellín, before your first treatment session. We accept bank transfers, credit cards, PayPal, and wire transfers.
What's not included in the treatment package?
Flights, accommodation, travel insurance, and meals are not included. Optional concierge services (airport pickup, private transport, accommodation coordination, bilingual assistant) are available for an additional fee. Ask us for concierge pricing.
How long do I need to stay in Medellín?
Most treatments require 3–5 days: arrival, consultation, treatment session, and a follow-up check. Minimal downtime means you can often fly home within 24–48 hours of treatment. Our specialists recommend staying through at least day 5 for optimal post-treatment care and observation.
