3. Treatment Outcomes & No Guarantees

- Individual Variation: Results depend on your unique biology, age, health status, and lifestyle. Two patients with similar conditions may experience different outcomes
- No Guarantees: Colombia Care does not guarantee cure, complete symptom resolution, or specific cosmetic results
- Progressive Results: Many patients experience progressive improvements over 3–6 months as collagen regenerates and cellular healing advances
- Maintenance: Some treatments may require maintenance sessions to sustain optimal results
- Patient Responsibility: Your cooperation with aftercare protocols, follow-up appointments, and lifestyle recommendations affects outcomes
4. Pricing, Payment & Cancellation Policy
Estimates vs. Final Quotes: Initial cost estimates provided during consultations are preliminary. A formal quote is issued after a complete evaluation by our physicians. The final price may vary based on treatment complexity and additional therapies recommended.
- Deposit Policy: Treatment reservations require a non-refundable deposit as detailed in your treatment agreement
- Balance Due: Remaining treatment fees are due before your scheduled procedure date
- Payment Methods: We accept international bank transfers, credit cards, and wire transfers
- Refunds: Once a deposit is received, the amount is non-refundable. If you cancel treatment, the deposit is forfeited
- Cancellation: Cancellations must be made at least 14 days before your scheduled treatment date to explore rescheduling options
- Medical Postponement: If our physicians determine you are medically unsuitable for treatment due to a health condition, we will refund paid amounts minus administrative fees
5. Intellectual Property
All content on the Colombia Care website—including text, images, graphics, logos, videos, and information about our treatments—is the exclusive property of Colombia Care and protected by copyright law.

6. Limitation of Liability

- Loss of income, business opportunity, or other economic loss
- Damages resulting from your failure to follow aftercare instructions
- Results that fail to meet your expectations, even if you followed all protocols
- Complications arising from pre-existing medical conditions you did not disclose
Our liability for direct damages related to a proven medical error shall be limited to the amount you paid for treatment. This limitation does not apply to claims of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service and all matters related to your treatment at Colombia Care shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Colombia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
You agree that any legal action or dispute arising from your relationship with Colombia Care shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Medellín, Colombia. By accepting these terms, you consent to the jurisdiction of Colombian courts and waive any objections to venue.
This choice of law and jurisdiction provision applies regardless of whether you reside in Colombia, the United States, or elsewhere.
